Privacy Policy

We collect what we need to reply to you and do the work you order, and nothing we don't. Here's the plain-English version.

Who we are

True Momentum Marketing LLC ("True Momentum", "we", "us") operates truemomentumusa.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, create an account or place an order, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, business details, the answers in your intake form, and any files you upload such as logos, brand guidelines and photos. If you create an account, we store your email and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store card numbers; if you pay by card, payment is handled by our payment processor and we receive only a confirmation.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used for security and to keep the site running. We use a bot-protection check on forms, which may process technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated traffic.

Access you grant us. To deliver services, you may give us access to accounts such as your website, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Business Manager. We use that access only to do the work you ordered.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
  • To deliver the services you order, including sharing the relevant details with the specialists on our team who carry out the work.
  • To send you order confirmations, reports and service updates.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
  • To tell you about relevant services, which you can opt out of at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the business: with the team members and service providers who deliver your work, with our hosting, email and payment providers, and with advertising platforms when you ask us to run campaigns on your behalf. Each provider is bound to use the information only for the service it provides. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies: one that keeps you signed in to your account, and one that remembers your name so we can greet you. Your order form draft is saved in your browser so you don't lose your place. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. Uploaded files are kept for as long as they are needed to deliver your services. You can ask us to delete your account and files at any time.

Your choices

  • You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.
  • You can revoke any account access you have granted us at any time; some services will stop working without it.

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We'll respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reputable infrastructure providers, encrypted connections, hashed passwords and limited access to keep your information safe. No system is perfectly secure, so if you believe your account has been compromised, tell us right away.

Children

Our services are for businesses and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, let account holders know by email.
