The short version
- Ongoing services are month-to-month. Cancel any time and you won't be billed again.
- A month that's already started isn't refunded, because the work for that month is already scheduled and under way.
- If we haven't started work yet, you get a full refund.
- Ad spend paid to Google, Meta, TikTok or any other platform is never ours to refund.
Ongoing monthly services
You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep everything delivered in that period and we stop billing from the next one. We don't issue partial refunds for the current month once work has begun. If you cancel before we've started, we refund the payment in full.
One-time projects
Websites, landing pages, creative packs, UGC video and similar projects are quoted as a fixed price and paid in advance. If you cancel before work begins, you receive a full refund. Once work has started, we keep a portion that reflects the work completed to date and refund the rest; we'll tell you the amount before processing it. Completed and delivered projects are not refundable.
Setup fees
Setup fees cover account configuration, tracking, audits and campaign builds done at the start of a service. They are refundable in full if we haven't begun the setup, and non-refundable once it's under way.
Advertising spend
Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms and never passes through us. Any refund of ad spend is between you and the platform, subject to its policies.
If we don't deliver
If we fail to deliver what your plan includes in a given month and can't put it right, we'll refund the fee for that month. Results such as rankings, traffic or leads aren't guaranteed and aren't grounds for a refund, but if you're unhappy with how things are going, tell us; we'd rather fix it than lose you.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back the way you paid, by Zelle or to the original card, within 10 business days of approval.
How to cancel or request a refund
Email us or use the contact form with your order number. We'll confirm the effective date and any refund amount in writing.
